The CRM (10)

The CRM is your customer relationship manager. You will be able to store information about the organisations and people that you work with. Organisations and their staff will be able to register themselves and will appear in the CRM. There may also be times when you want to register an organisation to invite them to apply for a grant or to enter historic information. Note: A contact is a user within an organisation. These contacts/users may or may not be granted access to login to your Portal.
