- Go to your home page on the Portal.
- Under the CRM shortcuts select 'Add Organisation (ABN)'
- Accept the privacy statement.
- Enter either a name or the ABN and then ‘Search’.
Be patient. It may take a minute. You will be alerted if the ABN already exists or if there is an organisation with a similar name. If the organisation already exists do not continue to follow these steps. - Select the matching organisation from the search results.
- Check the details are correct, select the I’m not a robot check box and then ‘Submit’.
- The organisation will now be created and will appear in your CRM. It will have a status of ‘Requires Update’. If this organisation submits an application they will be prompted to enter the rest of the required organisation information.
- If you need to enter users for the organisation you can now proceed to manually adding new users.
