Register a new organisation

If your organisation hasn’t registered yet to use Grant Toolbox you will need to create a new account.

Go to the applicant portal and click the Register button.

There will be different registration options visible depending on the particular configuration of the foundation/organisation.

• Select the relevant option. Options may include Organisation with ABN, Organisation without ABN, Auspice Organisation, Individual without organisation.
• Read and accept the Privacy Policy.
• Search for your organisation using the ABN or the name (For organisations with an ABN).
• Enter all the required information and submit the form.

Once you have successfully registered you will receive an email with details on how to activate your account. Check your junk email if you don’t receive it.

If the organisation already exists

You will receive a message letting you know that the organisation already exists in Grant Toolbox. You will need to return to the home page and choose the 'Organisation already exists' option and complete the registration.

If the user/email already exists

You will receive a message letting you know that a user with the same email already exists. If you can’t remember your password, use the 'Forgot password' option on the home page.
