Activate your account

After registering a new organisation/user you will need to activate the user account. There will be an activation link in the email that you will receive after registration and once clicking on the link you will be able to go and set your own password.

 

If you registered a new organisation:

You will also need to complete some questions about your organisation before you will be able to apply for any funding. This may be completed by anyone within your organisation.

Ensure you are logged in to the applicant portal.

  • Go to the Organisation tab and then 'Organisation Profile'.
  • Enter all the required fields and then select 'Activate'.


Didn't receive an activation email?

If you don't receive an email and you know you completed the registration:

  • Check your junk/spam folder 
  • Click the Reset Password link to get another one sent
