Add events and tasks to an organisation or contact

Under each organisation and contact there is an activities tab. All emails sent from Grant Toolbox will automatically be added here. 


Events and tasks can also be added by Grant Managers. 


Note: Not all older Grant Toolbox instances have this functionality. Contact us if you are interested in adding it.

 

 

  • Select the Plus icon to add a new activity.

  • Select if it is an Event or Task. 

  • Select the Event/Task type and Event/Task status. 

  • You can assign the event/task to another Grant Manager or it will default to the person creating it. 

  • If you assign a Contact the activity will also appear under that Contact’s activities. 

  • You can set reminders via email or instant messages that will appear within Grant Toolbox 




  • All the Events and Tasks will also appear in your Calendar which is available from the menu.
