You may need to change the primary contact on an application after someone leaves an organisation.
- It is good practice to first Deactivate the user in the CRM if they no longer require access.
- Open each application that needs the primary contact changed.
- Change the Primary Contact to another user and then Save Draft.
- Open any reports that are in draft status which need to also have the owner changed. Select the new owner from the dropdown list and then Save Draft.
- Click the Reset Reminders button to ensure the report reminders will be sent to the new report owner.
Note: You need to Add a new user to an organisation before you can assign them as a primary contact.
