How to change the primary contact on an application

You may need to change the primary contact on an application after someone leaves an organisation.


  1. It is good practice to first Deactivate the user in the CRM if they no longer require access.

  2. Open each application that needs the primary contact changed.

  3. Change the Primary Contact to another user and then Save Draft
     
  4. Open any reports that are in draft status which need to also have the owner changed. Select the new owner from the dropdown list and then Save Draft.

  5. Click the Reset Reminders button to ensure the report reminders will be sent to the new report owner.



Note: You need to Add a new user to an organisation before you can assign them as a primary contact.
