I can’t find my application

 

If you application isn’t appearing in the 'Applications in Progress' section check your organisation’s applications and your past applications to see if it is there.

 

If you belong to more than 1 organisation, check that you are logged in to the correct organisation.  

 

If you still can’t find it please contact the Foundation. It may be that it wasn’t submitted in time and the Grant Round has closed.

How can I change the primary contact on my application?

Open the application which you wish to change the primary contact for.

  • Change the Primary Contact and then Save Draft. If you don’t have access to edit the primary contact you will need to contact the Foundation or Grant Toolbox support.

How often should I save my application form?

It will never hurt to save your application frequently.

Can I still submit my application after the round has closed?

You would need to contact the Foundation to find out if they will allow this and grant you an extension.

Where can I find past applications?

Depending on the configuration of your dashboard, you can generally find your past applications (where you were listed as the main contact) and your organisations past applications on your dashboard.

Where can I find information about past and future payments?

Depending on the configuration of your dashboard, you can generally see all your past payments and future payment information (or those for your organisation) by selecting the dollar amounts on your dashboard.
