What to do when a grant round closes

Once a grant round closes you will find all the applications that have been submitted where you are the grant manager under your action items on your home page.

Alternatively you can go to the Grant Application Manager and filter by the submitted status. You will see all applications even if you are not the grant manager on the application.

Once you have reviewed the application you have the following options:

1. Send it back to the applicant to make revisions. See request a revision to an application.
   
   
2. Send it to other people (internal or external to your organisation) for review. See send an application for review.
   
   
3. Approve the application.
   
   
4. Decline the application.
