Invite an organisation to submit an application

A Grant Manager is able to send an organisation an invitation to submit an application. 

This can be done from open grant rounds as well as from grant rounds that are for invited applicants only.

Tip: You will need create the organisation and primary contact in the CRM before you can invite them

To invite an organisation you will need to:

• Open a Grant Round from the Grant Round Manager. The grant round needs to have a status of open.
  
  
• On the General tab, select the 'Invite Organisation' button.
  

• A new window will open. Select your Application Type.
  
  
• Search for and select the Organisation and Primary Contact.
  
  
• Select the Save Draft button.
  
  
• Select the Send Invitation button and then close the window.
  
  
• An email will be sent to the contact inviting them to apply to the grant round. They will find the application on their dashboard.
