If you would like to record any notes relating to an organisation you can do this using the Notes feature.
An example could be information about past grants that are not recorded in Grant Toolbox.
Notes can be created and viewed under the organisation from the Notes tab on the left.
Go to the organisation and the Notes tab.
Click the + button to create a new note.
Select the type of note.
Internal only– This is an internal note that is not visible to applicants. No emails are sent
Note to Organisation Contacts – This type of note will send an email to all contacts within the organisation when savedEnter the details of the note.
Click Save.
