Any time you wish to email a contact from within Grant Toolbox you need to just click on the contacts email address from the system.
From the contact itself click on the hyperlinked email address. You will need to be in view mode.
The Message Centre will be launched. Select a Template (optional) and the Compose button.
Enter the subject of your email and the body of the email
If you want the email attached to the contact and/or application leave the 'Save as Event' selected if not deselect the checkbox.
Click Send.
If you are saving it as an event you then need to choose if you want it saved on the contact record or the application.
Select Grant Application Manager and the relevant application to save it on the contact and the application.
