Opening multiple tabs and view side by side

Tab bar - Multiple screens open at once

The tab bar is located at the bottom of the page. It allows you to have multiple tabs open at once.

Click on the +plus to open a new tab. 

As an example, you could have an application open in one tab and the organisation open in another tab.

You can move between the tabs by clicking on them. Click the cross icon to close a tab.

How to open new tabs from an application

Reports, contacts, payments and reviews have an icon that allows you to open them in a new tab. Hover over the item and select the 'Open in New Tab' that appears on the right side.

On the General tab there is also an open icon next to the organisation and primary contact. Select this to open in a modal window.

You can then use the icon on the top right side to open in the new tab.

Multitask - Open tabs side by side

The multitask feature is ideal for comparing records side by side.

For example: Showing an application and review form, or an application and organisation details.

Ensure you have followed the instructions above to open the items you want to compare.

Click the Multitask toggle button.

This will now show two tabs side by side. Use the arrows move between your tabs if you have more than 2.

Click the multitask toggle button again to go back to a single screen.
