You can send an application for review by other people (internal or external to your organisation) before deciding to approve or decline an application.
You can set a date that the review must be completed by and the reviewers will receive emails reminding them to submit their review.
The reviewers will need to be users within Grant Toolbox. Create them before sending for review if they don’t exist
How to send an application for review
- Open the application which will need to have the status Submitted or Submitted EOI.
- Follow the instructions that are displayed on the application for sending for review.
- Ensure reviewers are added to the Contacts tab.
- The application will appear on the reviewers home page for action and the reviewers will receive an email letting them know what to do. They will also receive a reminder email 2 days before the review due date if they haven’t yet submitted it.
- As reviews are submitted you will be able to view them on the Review tab on the left side of the application.
- Once all reviews are submitted the application will automatically move to the Final Review stage and a PDF of all the reviews will be created. The review PDF can be used for creating board reports.
- A grant manager may also manually move an application to Final Review stage at any time using the Final Review button at the bottom of the application.
- Once in Final Review status you will be able to view the Review summary tab on the application.
