View all communications that have been sent related to an application

A grant manager can view the communications that have been sent to an applicant regarding their grant.


Open the application and go to the Communications tab on the left.


All the emails sent to the applicant will be displayed.



Note: If the email was related to an activity such as a payment/report/agreement, the email status will show as Received even though it was sent to the applicant.
