You can create meetings, add participants, and securely store documents such as agendas and minutes. Applications to be discussed can be linked to a meeting, which automatically grants attendees permission to view those applications.
To support efficient review, the Meeting Manager can generate a single PDF that compiles all applications associated with a meeting, and it can also produce PDFs that consolidate assessment results. Together, these features help teams organise information, maintain clear records, and conduct approvals and assessments efficiently.
