The Grant Toolbox Meeting Manager streamlines the full meeting lifecycle, from set-up to record-keeping, for both board meetings that approve applications and assessment meetings that review them. You can create meetings, add participants, and securely store documents such as agendas and minutes. Applications to be discussed can be linked to a meeting, which automatically grants attendees permission to view those applications. To support efficient review, the Meeting Manager can generate a single PDF that compiles all applications associated with a meeting, and it can also produce PDFs that consolidate assessment results. Together, these features help teams organise information, maintain clear records, and conduct approvals and assessments efficiently.
